1. Introduction
Welcome to Travel Company Tracker (TCT). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Definitions
- TCT: Travel Company Tracker, a limited company registered in England under Companies House registration number 15020465.
- Services: The software as a service (SaaS) provided by TCT, including access to our database, AI tools, and any related services.
- Client: Any entity subscribing to TCT’s services.
- Buyer: A person who works for a travel company and has influence over which suppliers are selected.
- Subscription: The fee paid by clients to access TCT’s services for the time specified on the website subscription description.
- Confidential Notes: Notes added by the client within the TCT platform that are only visible to the client.

3. Services Provided
TCT provides a platform for sightseeing companies, tourist attractions, tourist boards, hotels, transport providers, and similar businesses. Our AI tools analyse data from various travel company websites and organise it for B2B leisure travel trade sales development. Clients can also add confidential notes that will be deleted when the subscription ends.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
- Subscription Plans: Clients can subscribe to different plans as outlined on our website. Each subscription grants access for the time specified on the website subscription description.
- Payment: All subscription fees are payable in advance. VAT is applicable to organisations located in Great Britain.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the client.
- Prices will increase once a year in October by a minimum of the UK rate of inflation and the new prices will be applicable for all renewals and new subscriptions from the 1st of November onwards.

5. Client Responsibilities
Subscribers to the TCT platform must be genuine suppliers and contributors to travel company programs, typically including hotels, activity and sightseeing providers, transport providers, destination management organisations, or technology solution providers. TCT reserves the right to deny access to any client that does not meet this definition.
- Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide to TCT.
- Use of Services: Clients must use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Confidentiality: Clients must maintain the confidentiality of their account login information.
- Aliases: Clients must only provide aliases that are relevant to their organisation, and commonly used for their organisation. TCT moderates aliases and reserves the right to delete inappropriate aliases, or charge for an extra subscription. The maximum number of aliases permitted is three.
6. Confidential Notes
- Privacy: Confidential notes added by clients are visible only to the client and will not be accessed by TCT or other clients.
- Deletion: Confidential notes will be deleted when the client’s subscription ends.
7. Data Usage and Moderation
- Data Sources: TCT collects data from publicly available websites of travel companies worldwide and from buyers.
- Moderation: Information provided by travel company buyers is moderated by TCT. Only appropriate and relevant information will be included in the client-accessible data.
- Updates and Deletion: Data provided by buyers can be updated or deleted at any time by the buyer or another person from their travel company, by contacting TCT at info@tct.pixels-staging.com. The data will be deleted two years after it has been provided if it has not been updated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data provided by TCT are the intellectual property of TCT. Clients are granted a limited licence to use this content for their internal business purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
TCT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the previous twelve months.
10. Termination
- Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- Termination by TCT: TCT reserves the right to terminate a client’s subscription for any breach of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
TCT may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes via the email address provided during registration or through our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
