How does TCT work?
We analyse the website of every Travel Company. The content is filtered for the information that is relevant to you and organised in a user-friendly way. We analyse Travel Companies’ websites on a regular basis to ensure that the information we provide is as up to date as possible. We also invite buyers to provide their requirements.
What is the "Offers my location" filter?
- This is based on the location(s) you name for your organisation when you sign up.
- In “Company Details”, hover over the tick mark to view which of your location(s) this particular Travel Company offers.
Which Travel Companies are available on TCT?
TCT defines a Travel Company as a business that combines multiple components of a leisure holiday, such as transport and accommodation, into a single package for sale to consumers or other businesses. Companies that only offer one component are not included in TCT.
Currently, only companies with English language websites are included in TCT.

Which Source Markets will I find on TCT?
Our current Source Markets are : United Kingdom & Ireland / Canada & USA / Australia, New Zealand & South Africa.
We will add more Source Markets in the future. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to let us know which Source Market you would be interested in next.
Who can see my notes?
Users’ notes are 100% private. No-one can see them other than the user. NB This refers to the notes that a paying subscriber can add for each Travel Company.
How much does TCT cost?
- Annual subscriptions start at £500 with Pioneer Pricing. See https://tct.guide/pricing/.
- Prices will increase once a year in August by the UK rate of inflation and the new prices will be applicable for all renewals and new subscriptions from the 1st of September onwards.
How long do subscriptions last
All paid subscriptions last for one year. Trial subscriptions last 14 days.
How many organisation aliases can I add?
You are permitted to add a maximum of three aliases that are commonly used for your organisation. TCT’s Terms of Service state that users “must only provide aliases that are relevant to their organisation, and commonly used for their organisation. TCT moderates aliases and reserves the right to delete inappropriate aliases, or charge for an extra subscription.
Can I extend my free trial?

How can I contact TCT?
Is the TCT app optimised for desktop/laptop or mobile?
The TCT app/platform is optimised for laptop and desktop. For the best user experience we recommend that you view the TCT platform on your desktop or laptop.
Subscription upgrade: can I, how much will I be charged, what will the length of the subscription be?
- You can upgrade your subscription at any time.
- You will be charged pro-rata for the additional time for the remaining of your existing subscription. If you have 12 months remaining you will be charged 50% of the difference between your existing subscription and your upgraded subscription.
- Your subscription renewal date will not be changed.
How does the filtering work?
If you select several items within the same filter then the results will contain at least one of those options:
All filters operate using “OR” logic within each filter. This means that if a company matches at least one of the selected options, it will appear in the search results.
For example: if you select UK, USA, and France in the Destinations filter, a company offering any one or more of these countries will be included in the results.
Why should I renew my TCT subscription?
The data and contact details for each travel company are reviewed constantly. Renewing your TCT subscription will ensure you continue to benefit from up to date information for your target travel companies.
What contact details will I find on TCT?
Most travel companies listed include one email address and one telephone number, carefully sourced so you don’t have to do the legwork. These contact details are either publicly available on the company’s website or social media, or have been provided by the travel company for use by TCT users. TCT adheres strictly to all relevant privacy laws, and access to contact information is limited to paying subscribers.
How can I use the contact details provided by TCT?
Please use these verified contact details to connect directly with the right buyers for your product—targeted outreach means better results and stronger business relationships, so we encourage you to contact only those who are a good fit.
When I first subscribe, how long does it take for the Offers My Location and References My Organisation filters to function.
This takes approximately 6 hours. Meanwhile, we thank you for your patience😃
What happens to my notes when my subscription ends?
Your notes are permanently deleted when your subscription ends. Please make a copy of your notes if you choose not to renew your subscription. NB This refers to the notes that a paying subscriber can add for each Travel Company.
