FAQs
How does TCT work?
We analyse travel company websites for you, so you don’t have to.
Each profile shows:
- Whether they feature your destination
- If they reference your organisation
- The traveller types
- Special interests they focus on
We review websites regularly to keep data up to date, and we also invite buyers to share their requirements directly.
The result: a streamlined way to discover the most relevant companies, saving you time and effort.
What does the “Offers my location” filter mean?
This filter is based on the locations you add to your organisation profile.
It shows you which travel companies already feature those destinations, so you can focus on partners who are already selling what you offer.
In “Company Details”, hover over the tick mark to view which of your location(s) this particular Travel Company offers.
Which Travel Companies are available on TCT?
We focus on companies that package multiple elements of a holiday (like accommodation and transport) into a single product.
What that means in practice:
- Tour operators and similar businesses are included
- Companies offering only one component (e.g., just hotels or transfers) are not
Currently, we only include companies with English-language websites.
We aim to cover as many relevant companies as possible across each source market. If you notice one missing, let us know. We’ll review and add it where appropriate.

Is TCT optimised for desktop or mobile?
TCT is built for desktop and laptop use.
You can access it on mobile, but for the best experience, especially when filtering and reviewing profiles, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll be charged a pro-rata amount for the remaining time on your current subscription
- Your renewal date stays the same
Example: if you upgrade halfway through your subscription, you’ll pay 50% of the price difference.
How does the filtering work?
Filters are designed to help you narrow things down quickly.
Within each filter, we use “OR” logic: if a company matches any of your selected options, it will appear in your results
Example:
If you select the UK, USA, and France, you’ll see companies that offer any one (or more) of those destinations.
Why should I renew my subscription?
We continuously review and update travel company data and contact details.
Renewing means you’ll keep access to:
- Up-to-date company profiles
- Current contact information
- Ongoing analysis of destinations, products, and special interests
So you can keep focusing on the right partners.
What contact details are included?
Most travel company profiles include:
- One email address
- One phone number
These are carefully sourced from public websites, social media, or provided directly by the companies.
Access to contact details is limited to paying subscribers, and we follow all relevant privacy regulations.
How should I use the contact details?
Use them to connect directly with relevant buyers.
The best results come from targeted outreach, focusing on companies that already align with your product, destination, or traveller type.
How long do filters take to activate after subscribing?
“Offers my location” and “References my organisation” filters take around 6 hours to activate.
Once ready, you’ll be able to filter results based on your organisation straight away.
What happens to my notes if I don’t renew?
Your notes are permanently deleted when your subscription ends.
If you’d like to keep them, make sure to copy them before your subscription expires.
